Standard condition of use:
(1) The liability of AmiBriva.com shall be limited to the payment by Ami Briva (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd by way of damages of a sum not exceeding or its equivalent as per transaction value of the goods involved, whichever is lesser.
(2) Any claim (notice of Loss, Damage or Delay) brought by a customer against Ami Briva hereunder must be notified by the customer to our centre in writing within 14 days from the date of the document or goods have been received by the customer or from our notice of invoice date mentioning goods has being ship out. No claim howsoever shall be entertained by Ami Briva after the 14 days grace period.
(3) Goods and documents attached which cannot be delivered either because they are insufficiently or incorrectly addressed or because they are not collected or accepted by the consignee, buyer or customer; or if attempts to deliver has been unduly delayed by the recipient will be returned. Ami Briva will refund only 80% of the transacted goods value. This is not a "products issue" or goods related problem, but solely a matter of wrong information or error from customer side. We, Ami Briva engage third party to handle our delivery logistic to end customer.
